How much does it cost to rent a Limousine?

Answer

Our rates are determined much like airlines and hotels. The more availability we have, the better rate we can offer. Prime times like Saturdays and shorter rental times equal higher rates. Slower times like weekdays or longer rental times equal lower rates. Usually, the more flexible you are translates into more savings.

Can I personally view your Limousines before I reserve service?

Yes! We encourage our clients to visit our facility to personally view our limousines, you will be impressed.

How much advance notice do I need to give you to reserve a Limousine?

Answer

Don't wait for the last minute! Call when your plans are firm. Changes in dates and times may change your rate. To be guaranteed the vehicles you want, book as soon as you can.

What kind of limo to book?

Answer

The two main factors are age of vehicle and the size. The newer the car and the larger the car, the more it costs. Newer cars have more amenities than older cars.

Is your company licensed and insured?

Answer

Classic Limousine is licensed by the state of Kentucky, and has authority to operate anywhere in the state. Our liability insurance exceeds the state minimum requirements.

Do your Chauffeurs have a Commercial Driving License?

Answer

All of our drivers that drive any of our Limousines that seat 16 or more passengers must have a CDL with a passenger endorsement as required by the State of Kentucky. All of our drivers have also been through extensive on going training. They are professionally trained and certified to take care of you and are very familiar with Lexington and surrounding areas.

Is smoking or eating allowed in your Limousines?

Answer

Sorry, all of our Limousines are non smoking vehicles. Foods that have a strong odor or can stain are not allowed. Chips, pretzels, and other snacks are usually fine.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed in your Limousines?

Answer

Yes! All of the passengers that are drinking alcohol must be at least 21 years of age.

Does your company supply the alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Sorry, but we cannot supply alcoholic beverages. It is illegal for a Limousine company to supply alcoholic beverages in the state of Kentucky. We do however supply ice, rocks glasses, and Champaign flutes in all Limousines. Bottled water and soft drinks are available upon request.

What are your payment terms?

Answer

At the time of booking your Limousine, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the vehicle. The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days prior to your reservation, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money orders and Cash. We will also accept your personal check if approved by our office prior to you reservation.
